From October 22-24, Texas General Land Office responders
from South Texas Coastal Zone (STCZ) offices in Port Lavaca,
Corpus Christi and Brownsville deployed to Port Mansfield for a
three-day training exercise. The goal of the extensive training was
to emulate response in remote areas and provide an environment
