The US Coast Guard issued a news release stating that a multi-agency strike force operation (MASFO) at St. Thomas Harbor, US Virgin Islands, screened 121 shipping containers and physically inspected another 53 containers and portable tanks. The primary objective was to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the safe shipment of cargo.
