Ireland and France sign a SAR agreement of cooperation

The Irish Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport issued a press release stating that Ireland and France signed an agreement on cooperation regarding search and rescue (SAR) services in waters off each other’s coast. The technical agreement allows for the mutual cooperation and interoperability of aviation assets in the event of a major incident.
