1. The City of Elizabeth City, NC is excited to announce
the inaugural Coast Guard Half Marathon and Guardians of
the Atlantic 5K!
2. Due to COVID-19, this event will be held virtually so
participants can run from anywhere around the world. The
event begins 06 March 2021 and participants must complete
their race by 31 March 2021. The intent is to make this an
annual in-person, full marathon/5K event in the future.
3. To register for this event or learn more about the race,
visit CoastGuardRun.com. Team registration is available, and the
registration deadline is 31 March 2021.
4. Interested parties are encouraged to explore Community Service
Command's MWR Sports Grant Program to defer registration costs.
