MARAD is proposing a voluntary certification program for training providers to assure the general public that passenger cruise vessel security and safety personnel have received training that complies with the Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act (CVSSA) mandated model standards. Comments on the new policy should be submitted by 22 July. 78 Fed.
